Bottom line: Fair, Honest and Dependable. Woke up in to a heavy rain and the septic alarm was going off. just didn't want to deal with it so i called the name that everyone knows here in Rogers Count..... i was promptly helped by an AI answering service. They offered to transfer me to their "emergency Service line. It was only 7:45 am so I just hung up and that sounds expensive anyway! looked at the good ole facebook and found martin Septic was close by and recommended and followed by a few trusted friends so gave him a call. what do you know, a real person answered! he came out almost right away. we talked prices for the normal services that guys like him provide because let's be honest, i've been down that road before with other companies, and I wanted to see if he was gonna jerk my chain like the others. He wasn't afraid to talk prices and they were extremely fair. Anyway, back to the alarm. He opened my septic and one of the zip ties on the float had busted so it was just a false alarm. He tied it back up and didn't even charge me for coming out. I"m not saying he won't charge you but what I am saying is, he doesn't take advantage of folks.

Josh Martin installed an aerobic system for us. He communicated well with us was responsive to any attempts we made to make contact with him, He was very Informative it was a parent that he knew what he was talking about. He was timely and presented when he said that he would. He completed the job in a timely fashion and was in general a very pleasant person to deal with. But what impressed me the most is that when he showed up at our home, he had his teenage daughter with him. This young lady was present the entire time during the two day job, Worked hard and helped where she could. I personally think it’s important for children to understand how hard their parents work for the things they have And where the money comes from.
