Had a major issue with my aerobic septic system. They came out the same day, got my system working great for a good price. Super nice, even gave some things to try over the phone before they came out. A week later, had a sprinkler bust and they came back and fixed it at no charge. Would def recommend.

10/10—highly recommend! They sent me a same-day quote and got us on the schedule super quick. They installed our in-ground storm shelter and worked on our aerobic system. They showed up on time, cleaned everything up afterward, and were both super friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They also beat every other quote we received. It’s rare to find both top-quality work and great pricing—these guys are both!

We had a great experience with Martin Septic in Inola! When we woke up and realized we had a problem, they responded almost immediately and were out to us much faster than we expected! Same day service is so rare these day. Much less to make the call and have help within a few hours. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done. It never felt rushed or confusing. They were friendly, respectful, and easy to work with the whole time and that meant so much to us! It may sound cliche but what impressed us most was how much they genuinely cared about doing the job right. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly before they left and that all our questions were answered. You can tell they take pride in their work. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend Martin’s Septic to anyone!

Very prompt to reply after I texted. I called Josh on a Friday and he came out within an hour for an inspection. He was in contact before he left my house with PrimeFlo to have the septic tank pumped out and they actually called me within 10 minutes to service my tank on the same day. I also like that they are a family business and local to my hometown.

Martin Septic LLC is my go-to crew for NEW septic installs — and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to bury thousands of dollars in the dirt for me. I build homes for a living, so I deal with a lot of sub-contractors… and let’s just say some of them couldn’t find their own toolbox with a map. Martin Septic is the complete opposite. These guys show up on time, do clean work, and install new systems like they’re assembling high-end plumbing Legos. Their communication is solid, the work is efficient, and the jobsite is always left looking like professionals were actually there — not raccoons with excavators. Every install I’ve had them do has been smooth. No drama, no surprises, no “hey man, we’re gonna need another $2,000 because the moon is in retrograde.” Just clean, reliable work. If you need a new septic system installed in Inola or anywhere nearby, call Martin Septic. They make the dirty jobs easy — and make me look good as a builder. Five stars. They get it done.

Josh Martin installed an aerobic system for us. He communicated well with us was responsive to any attempts we made to make contact with him, He was very Informative it was a parent that he knew what he was talking about. He was timely and presented when he said that he would. He completed the job in a timely fashion and was in general a very pleasant person to deal with. But what impressed me the most is that when he showed up at our home, he had his teenage daughter with him. This young lady was present the entire time during the two day job, Worked hard and helped where she could. I personally think it’s important for children to understand how hard their parents work for the things they have And where the money comes from.

We've had outstanding service from them, twice! They installed my father’s shop septic system, so we reached out to them when our lender requested a last-minute septic inspection for our home purchase. From the initial phone call, Josh was particularly helpful in explaining the process, answering my questions, and quickly providing us with our inspection report. We look forward to using Martin Septic to help us maintain the system and highly recommend them for all septic needs!

We called Martin septic for pump out service. We try to use local businesses when possible. Josh was very responsive from the first contact. He followed up within a few days and the job was completed to our satisfaction. He is a very friendly and a hard working young man. He cleaned up the site after the service. This is not a pleasant job, but he is knowledgeable and professional.

Complete Septic Service in Collinsville, OK

Repair work fills a large share of our Collinsville schedule, and those calls almost always begin with a symptom the homeowner first noticed weeks earlier. Slow drains are the classic early warning, followed closely by gurgling toilets, sewage odor drifting across the yard, and soggy grass that stays wet straight through a dry spell. Behind every one of those symptoms sits a specific physical cause, and finding it accurately is the difference between a fair repair bill and a wasted one. Sometimes the culprit is minor, like a cracked inlet baffle, a deteriorated concrete lid, or a clogged effluent filter that our technician can clear within minutes of opening the tank. Other jobs run much deeper, involving lines crushed beneath a driveway, tree roots wedged into aging pipe joints, or a tank wall finally giving out after fifty years in the ground. Aerobic systems contribute their own steady repair list around Collinsville, since aerators, spray pumps, float switches, and control panels eventually wear out on every brand sold. We diagnose first and replace second, and our fully stocked service trucks allow us to close most Collinsville repairs in a single visit. Fixing the real problem once, at a fair price, is how Martin Septic keeps repair customers for life.

The drain field rarely gets the attention the tank receives, yet it is the component that costs the most money to replace when something finally goes wrong. Buried lateral lines spread effluent through gravel filled trenches so the soil can finish the treatment naturally before any moisture reaches the water table far below. A working field disappears into the landscape so completely that most owners forget where it sits. A failing field is impossible to ignore, showing itself through standing water, a smell that lingers for weeks, stripes of dark green grass, and wastewater rising in the lowest drains of the house. Collinsville fields fail for reasons we can usually trace without much difficulty: pumping neglected for a decade, trucks and trailers compacting the soil above the lines, or roots working their way into the trenches season after season. Wet Oklahoma springs on clay ground push borderline fields into complete failure, because saturated soil has nowhere left to put another gallon of water. Martin Septic inspects struggling fields honestly and explains the realistic options, from repairing individual damaged lines to building an entirely new field in fresh, undisturbed soil. Every replacement field we construct holds exact spacing, correct depth, and consistent slope so the load spreads evenly and the field survives for decades.

Design and engineering set the ceiling on how well a septic system can ever perform, which is why we keep that critical work in house for every new Collinsville project. Oklahoma DEQ code dictates tank capacity by bedroom count and fixes firm setback distances from water wells, creeks, property lines, and building foundations, and a plan that misses any single requirement stalls immediately at the permit office. We walk each site personally, bore soil profiles at several points across the lot, and study how storm water naturally moves over the ground before drawing the first line of the plan. That fieldwork determines where the tank sits, where the treatment area belongs, and which system type will pass state inspection without expensive revision. Open lots blessed with permeable soil favor conventional layouts that keep lifetime ownership cost as low as possible. Compact parcels, dense clay, and high seasonal water tables point the design toward aerobic treatment with spray or drip dispersal instead. We also plan around your future, deliberately keeping buried components clear of the shop, the pool, or the addition you may decide to build ten years from now. Collinsville builders keep our number close because clean, accurate plans keep their construction schedules moving without costly interruption.

Water line installation completes the underground picture, and rural Collinsville properties need that particular service more than most communities we serve. Homes on acreage often sit hundreds of feet from the water meter at the road, and the buried line covering that distance has to be built correctly the very first time. We trench below frost depth on every single run, protecting the household supply when a hard January cold snap settles over northern Tulsa County for a week. Quality pipe, proper fittings, and careful trench bedding keep slow hidden leaks from bleeding money out of a water bill for years before anyone notices the pattern. Older properties still running their original galvanized lines deal with weak pressure and rust tinted water at every faucet, and one modern replacement project ends both problems permanently. Oklahoma law requires specific separation distances between water lines and septic components, a mandatory buffer that exists solely to keep wastewater away from the water your family drinks. Because Martin Septic installs both systems on the same property, the routing gets coordinated correctly without the gaps that appear when separate contractors work blind. One accountable company underground means one consistent standard of work across the entire Collinsville project.

Every septic owner in Collinsville benefits from knowing exactly which type of system sits in the yard, because the two designs age differently and demand different care over time. A conventional system runs on gravity alone, holding wastewater in the tank while bacteria digest the solids and lateral lines release the clarified liquid gradually into the surrounding soil. An aerobic system pushes forced air through the treatment chamber, multiplying bacterial activity and producing much cleaner effluent suited for spray heads or drip tubing spread across the lawn. That stronger level of treatment carries real ongoing duties, including electrical power, chlorine tablets for disinfection, and the recurring inspections Oklahoma requires on every aerobic unit in service. Conventional ownership stays considerably simpler, built around faithful pumping on schedule and common sense about what goes down the drain. Martin Septic services both designs completely across the Collinsville area, from routine maintenance visits to component swaps to full system upgrades when an old installation finally reaches the end of its life. Emergencies get a live answer day or night all year long, because a backup on a holiday weekend deserves the same urgency as any weekday call. From the first soil boring to decades of quiet, dependable service, we stand behind every Collinsville system we touch.
