Process of Installation
Perform a Soil Profile
If you would like to attempt to get a Conventional Septic System, the first step is to get the soil profile to see if it is legally possible. Our company teamed up with a trusted Soil Profiler, so we will all communicate to schedule a date for him to perform the test.
He will let us know what is possible ASAP & how many feet of line is required.
File Paperwork with DEQ
ATC is an "Authorization to Construct" an onsite sewage system.
Once approved, we are able to schedule the installation.
Installation Scheduling
We work with the tank company to schedule your install at the earliest date.
A 60,000 lb. truck sets the tanks, so our representatives have to consider the impact the heavy truck can have on your yard.
Installed
Once your new septic system is set after approximately 2 days of installing, we finish to rough grade (dirt will settle).
Our professionals will then show you how to maintain your system and/or offer our Monthly Aerobic Septic System Service Plan.
Warranty
All mechanical parts have a manufacture 2-year warranty.

Monthly Aerobic Septic System service plans

Level 1 Includes:
- 6 professional inspections per year including full mechanical & electrical components' servicing.
- Chlorine, bleach, or enzymes are added as needed at each visit.
- Air filter is cleaned or replaced at each visit.
- Replacement of failed part sold at cost with ZERO labor costs.
- Sprinkler head replaced as needed (depends on damage)
- Yearly test samples to ensure proper operations.
- 1 complimentary pump out every 3 years.
Level 1 is perfect for homes that are normal usage systems
Level 1: $75/month
Level 2 Includes:
- 12 professional inspections per year including full mechanical & electrical components' servicing.
- Chlorine or bleach added as needed at each visit.
- PRO septic treatment added every 6 months- A $180 Value!
- Coverage for common components.
- Replacement of failed part sold at cost with ZERO labor costs.
- Air filter cleaned or replaced every month.
- Sprinkler head replacement (depends on damage).
- Test samples taken every 6 months to ensure proper operations.
- 1 complimentary pump out every 3 years.
Level 2 fits best for full-time homes with high usage
